MedicReporting manages the tracking of medications and medical products, along with the certification process, through a structured three-step approach.

Once registered on MedicReporting, the pharmacy scans the medications and products to be shipped, generating a QR code label that is placed on the package. The shipment process is then initiated through the application. Upon arrival at the ship, the crew scans the QR code on the package, automatically updating the ship’s inventory. The entire procurement process for medications and products is recorded and tracked within the application.

ONBOARD PROCESS

Medications and materials used through the application are automatically deducted from the inventory based on their form of use. All unused medications and products in the ship’s inventory are tracked and recorded by the system, including their expiration dates. As expiration dates approach, the system notifies the relevant departments accordingly.

The ship's inventory, along with the Medical certification process, is tracked through the MedicReporting. A new certificate is issued and sent to the ship's address as the expiration date nears.
