The MedicReporting brand, logo, software infrastructure, design, databases, and all content of the Platform (including texts, graphics, report templates, digital reports, and similar materials) are protected by intellectual property and trademark laws. No element of the Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, processed, or used in any medium without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

PRIVACY AND DATA SECURITY

MedicReporting processes, stores, and protects all personal data collected from the User in accordance with its Privacy Policy, the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), and other relevant legislation. By using the Platform, the User explicitly consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of providing services. TERM AND TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement enters into force at the moment the User first accesses the Platform and shall remain valid until terminated by either party. MedicReporting reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the User’s access to the Platform in the event of a breach of this Agreement or applicable laws.

DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Website and services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. MedicReporting does not warrant that:

  • The Website will function without interruption or error,

  • Data will be accurate, complete, or up to date,

  • The Website is free from viruses or harmful components.

By using the Website, you assume full responsibility for any risks associated with its use. MedicReporting, its affiliates, and service providers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or services.The services provided through the Platform are developed to be used within the User’s own operational and organizational responsibility. The Service Provider does not guarantee the absolute accuracy, continuity, or integration of the Platform with third-party systems.

Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or liabilities; in such cases, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the İstanbul Central (Çağlayan) Courts and Enforcement Offices.

ADDITIONAL RULES FOR REGULAR SERVICES

If the User is subscribed to a regular service package with discounted pricing and requests cancellation before completing the first four (4) services, the price advantage granted under the regular package becomes void. In such cases, the difference between the discounted package price and the standard single-service price shall be calculated and charged to the User’s credit card.

SERVICE PROVIDER’S RIGHTS

MedicReporting reserves the right to postpone or cancel a scheduled service due to force majeure, technical malfunctions, or circumstances beyond the control of the professional team. In such cases, the User will be informed in advance, and no additional charges shall apply.
